We are so excited to be hosting a Cookery Demo with the wonderful Donal Skehan to celebrate the release of his brand new cookbook, ‘Super Food in Minutes’! Taking place at Avoca Kilmacangoue on Monday 16th September, doors will open at 7pm with the demo.

Donal’s fabulous new cookbook is brand new to our bookshelves, and is filled with 90 simple, healthy and delicious recipes. Each recipe uses 10 ingredients or less, and benefits from quick cooking methods so you can make the most of your time spent in the kitchen. With lots of vegan, vegetarian and paleo options, there’s plenty for everyone to get inspired by. During the demo, Donal will take us through a handful of his favourite recipes from the book, providing tips and tasters along the way. Tickets are €40 and include a tasty treat and a glass of bubbles on arrival, as well as a signed copy of the brand new book so you can enjoy rustling up some of Donal’s delicious recipes at home.
