Avoca invites you to a morning of FREE outdoor yoga in the stunning gardens of our Kilmacanoge store.

The fantastic yoga teacher Eithne Kennedy will be leading the class on Saturday 14th July, which will welcome anyone from beginners to experienced yogis. You can expect a practice that will open and energise the body, leaving you feeling restored and ready for the weekend.

We will have some yoga mats available, but if you have your own we would encourage you to bring it with you. We will also have plenty of healthy food and drinks available to sample on the day.
