Avoca Dunboyne Cookery Demo

his November, we are running a series of festive cookery demo’s that is sure to get you feeling inspired and excited for the season ahead. Our demo’s will be hosted by our very passionate and talented culinary team along with some very special guests.  

Kicking off on November 22nd with Avoca’s Executive Pastry Chef, Ludo Laniter, who will be demonstrating some of his top tips on how to master seasonal baking for the festive period so you can wow your guests this Christmas. This series continues with plenty of much-loved seasonal recipes and top tips so you can dazzle whilst entertaining this Christmas.  

Tickets are €15* per person including a tea or coffee + (€1.50 booking fee)  a delicious Avoca treat and a recipe booklet.

Wednesday 22nd November – Ludo & Caroline – Festive Baking 

 

Join our executive pastry chefs Ludo & Caroline who will take you through some of their favourite recipes and how to master baking some new and old favourite Avoca classics. They will inspire you and share some top baking tips so you can enjoy delicious desserts this Christmas.  

Wednesday 29th November – Erik & Cyril – Valrhona Chocolate Masterclass 

Master chocolatiers Erik & Cyril will be hosting a fantastic Valrhona chocolate workshop for the morning. From edible gift ideas to the perfect dinner party desserts. It’s sure to be a chocolate lovers dream. 

Wednesday 6th December – Kish Fish demonstration showcasing some simple and delicious ideas for Christmas entertaining. 

Hosting a festive masterclass in how to prepare and cook fish, taking us through how to create delicious starters, casual fish suppers and impressive dinner party fish dishes. Perfect for anyone who wants to gain confidence in cooking all things fish.
